August 20-22th, 2021
Juxtapose Art Fair, is a big international Art Fair for artist-run initiatives that took place for the first time on August 20-22th, 2021 at Godsbanen in Aarhus, Denmark.
The goal was to celebrate the diversity of the artist-run sector and help develop the scene. There was different activities for the public to give visibility to the sector and a one-day conference for arts professionals called ”Talking Change” in collaboration with our partners ARNE – Artist Run Network Europe.
The fair showcased 25 artist-run initiatives and helped the public to learn more about each initiative and the larger artist-run sector through a series of talks, panel debates, and tours to local initiatives here in Aarhus.
